My Manifesto
I help multi-location healthcare practices stop wasting unaligned marketing spend by providing seasoned fractional CMO leadership that directly connects marketing dollars to patient acquisition.
Fractional CMO
Marketing Leadership for Practice Owners Who've Outgrown Guesswork
Fractional CMO support built specifically for Women-led dental & medical groups, from someone who's been where you are.
Every Healthcare Practice Has the Same Marketing Problem
Whether you run a dental or medical group, a network of concierge practices, or a multi-location surgery center, the specific symptoms look different, but the root problem is the same: marketing decisions made without a strategy, spend that no one is holding accountable, and no one senior enough in the room to connect the dollars to actual patients.
I built my expertise in dentistry, running and marketing a three-practice group and scaling patient acquisition. But the problem I solved there isn't a dental problem. It's a healthcare ownership problem. Whether your patients are searching for veneers, a tummy tuck, hormone replacement therapy, or direct primary care, the fix is the same: a real strategy, real accountability, and someone who's actually done this before.
Benchmarks
Patient Acquisition Cost by Practice Type
Patient acquisition costs vary significantly by practice type. Cosmetic dentistry's higher cost per patient is offset by much higher case values, often $10,000– $50,000+ per case, making it one of the strongest returns on marketing investment in healthcare when managed well.
Based on aggregated 2026 industry benchmarks across multiple healthcare marketing sources. General industry data, not specific to any individual practice.
About
About Kris

I didn't start out as a marketing strategist. I started out in the dental industry, as a front office administrator in 2007, before taking on ownership and marketing leadership by 2011. For eight years, I co-owned and led marketing for a three-practice dental group in Tucson, Arizona, growing it into the top 1% of revenue-producing practices in the Tucson, Arizona market and scaling new patient acquisition from zero to 30+ a month, per practice. I know what it's like to sit on both sides of the table: as the owner writing the checks, and as the person accountable for making the marketing work.
Since then, I've deepened my hands-on knowledge of the channels, including Google Ads, SEO, digital strategy, and CRM, working across 60+ client accounts from 2020 to 2026 as a marketing consultant, creative director, multi-location marketing director, and digital marketing manager, including a five-location client group. Owners Table FCMO brings those two halves together: the lived experience of running a multi-location practice, and a real understanding of what actually moves the needle. This is marketing leadership from someone who's already carried the stakes herself.
Outside of Owners Table, I'm also the author of The Adventures of the Tooth Fairy, a children's book. Apparently, I can't stay away from the dental world, even at bedtime.
